    Prior to Coaching lacrosse Coach Becker served in the United States Army.  He served for seven years to include two tours to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Coach Becker earned a Bronze Star for his work as a targeting officer. 

    After exiting the service, Coach Becker started his own club program - Austin Elite Lacrosse in 2013 and it quickly became one of the top programs in the Austin area.  After this success with Austin Elite, Justin joined forces with Cory Childs to bring Team UNRL to Texas.  The UNRL Texas Program had the number 1 ranked 2023 and 2nd ranked 2024 team in the state.  Both teams were Top 75 teams Nationally.  Under his leadership UNRL Texas grew from three teams to six teams competing at a high level.  

    For High School lacrosse Coach Becker was named the new Westwood Head Coach this summer.  


    Coach Becker lives with his wife of 16 years Allison and his three children Dylan, Maddilyn, and Lucy in Georgetown, TX.
